Service Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service I will happily fix it within 1 week of your original appointment.

Extensions- The cost of hair must be paid before application.

Cancellation Policy 

If you must cancel you scheduled appointment please give 48 hours notice if possible. As long as it doesn't become a habit I will never penalize anyone for life happening! 

If you are sick please reschedule for a later date. I will do everything I can to get you in asap even if its not my normal availability hours out of appreciation for being responsible!

Unfortunately, my hair studio is NOT handicap accessible.

On-Location Services

for special occasion/weddings- $75 travel fee
